Welcome to Your Holiday in Bologna. By booking accommodation through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Payment Policies

• Payment Methods: We accept payment by credit card or in cash/PayPal upon arrival. If you choose to pay by credit card, full payment is required at the time of booking.
• No Security Deposit: There is no security deposit required for bookings.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

• Cancellation Policy:
  • Bookings made less than one month (30 days) before the arrival date are non-refundable.
  • Bookings made more than one month (30 days) before the arrival date can be cancelled until 30 days before the check-in date.
• Refund Process: Refunds can be processed on the same credit card used for the payment or via some other payment methods the will be decided with the owner. There are no fees for cancellations.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM. Self check-in is available through a lockbox.
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM. Guests must leave the accommodation tax in cash at check-out. The amount will be communicated by the owner.
• Late Check-out/Early Check-in: Please contact us to discuss the availability and possible fees for late check-out or early check-in.

House Rules

• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
• No Pets: Pets are not allowed.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property. The cost of damages must be paid by the guest.

Liability and Disclaimers

• Property Use: We are not liable for any injuries, theft, or damages to personal property that occur on the premises.
• Accuracy of Information: We strive to ensure that all information on our website is accurate. However, we cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions.
